Ejido Plan Nacional Agrario

The Ejido Plan Nacional Agrario is a community north of San Felipe town with Electricity and City Water. Currently there are no Property Taxes, and freedom from CC&R’s and Building Guidelines. Most lots in the Ejido are 20 x 20 or 40 x 40 meters.

Several successful and convenient businesses are located in the EPNA including The Orange Pharmacy ran by Rigoberto Murillo, Baja Bed and Biscuit Doggie grooming and boarding, The Pet Resort grooming and boarding, The San Felipe Dog Rescue, Immigration Services by Reyna, Gonzalez Family Grocery store, Restaurante Colorado by Juan, Blue Magic Carwash, Rustique Furniture store, Smokey’s Pizza, Llantera Jorge, Playa Azul Restaurant, RedPetroil Gas Station, Tortilleria La Morena II, Mercado Pelicano, HJD Swimming Pool Construction, and Mario’s Patio & Grill Restaurant Bar.

Property Rights for Non-Mexicans should be viewed as “Right to Use” as the properties are not titled nor are they leased land.
